Matrix
Matrix is a one-group Bezzera machine family that blends a manual-lever workflow with electronic temperature control. The MN version uses a manual lever and two PID thermostats; the DE version adds volumetric dosing and a third PID-managed service boiler. A rotary pump can draw from the integrated 4 L tank or a mains-water connection, giving the installer flexibility while keeping the group temperature adjustable.
