Mitica
Mitica is Bezzera's traditional single-group platform with a polished body, a lever-controlled brewing valve, separate steam and hot-water outlets, and boiler and pump pressure gauges. It is pump-driven: the brewing lever controls delivery and is not the pressure-generating lever system used by B2013 AL. A two-litre boiler heats the brewing water through a heat exchanger. The S version uses a tank and vibrating pump; R is the mains-water version, while TOP supports tank or direct-water operation. PID-equipped variants also exist, but PID is not implied for every machine. This archive reference keeps the model available for configuration and support discussions with GBN.
