OTTO Compact
OTTO Compact combines a two-group café workflow with a narrow footprint. Its eight-litre copper boiler supplies steam and hot water, while separately heated groups support brewing-temperature consistency during service. Two manual steam outlets are standard, and removable cup grids accommodate espresso cups or taller cups up to 130 mm. The PM version uses push-button start/stop brewing; the current DE brochure specifies two programmable doses per group, with programmable pre-infusion. An automatic milk-foaming wand is an optional DE configuration. The gallery identifies DE, PM and rear views of the current stainless-steel design so controls and variants are not confused.
