Strega pairs Bezzera’s spring-lever extraction with an electronically managed boiler. Before the shot, the pump fills the lever group to create a pre-infusion stage; the pump then stops and the group’s spring system develops brewing pressure through the extraction. The result is a manual, tactile service style with a distinct visual presence.
