GB5 X pairs the GB5’s classic European styling with La Marzocco’s updated control platform. Separate coffee and steam boilers work with independently heated saturated groups, a dynamic pre-heater and dual PIDs to help maintain temperature stability and tune each group for a different coffee. An inlet water sensor monitors conductivity and hardness, while the hot-water economizer lets operators adjust tap temperature. AV versions provide volumetric dosing; ABR versions add drip-tray scales with Drip Prediction for weight-targeted shots.
