La Marzocco · Under-counter systems
Modbar Espresso AV
Modbar Espresso AV separates the visible espresso tap from the heating equipment below the counter, opening the sightline between barista and customer. Developed and sold in partnership with La Marzocco, it supports one- or two-tap module configurations and a four-position programmable lever. A heated brewing group, staged water heating and PID control support repeatable brewing. Volumetric operation is complemented by optional scales for supported mass-based brewing modes; scales should not be assumed to be standard. GBN can plan the tap positions, under-counter ventilation, utilities, drain access and a separate steam system as one coordinated installation.
