La Marzocco · Under-counter systems
Modbar Espresso EP
Modbar Espresso EP is the pressure-profiling branch of the Modbar espresso range. A compact tap above the counter connects to a dedicated module below, where the touchscreen and joystick provide access to brewing settings. Operators can create pressure profiles and set temperature and volume, then choose manual or automatic brewing. Two progressive boilers and a heated group support the temperature system, while rinse and cleaning programs help organise routine care. EP is a distinct platform from Espresso AV, not simply an AV tap with a different finish. GBN can review the required control style, service access and independent steaming equipment before specifying the system.
