Modbar Steam
Modbar Steam lets a café position milk-steaming stations independently from espresso taps. The boiler and utility connections sit below the counter, leaving a slender tap, ergonomic lever and steam wand above. A double-wall, vacuum-insulated Pro Touch wand reduces heat at the handling surface, while the steam path is designed to limit condensation. The module supports one- or two-tap arrangements, and a refresh button recirculates boiler water as part of the system's water-management design. This is steam equipment rather than an espresso machine; pair it with the appropriate brewing system and confirm total electrical load and installation clearance with GBN.
